For evening meals there is a choice of local pubs within 2-3 minutes walk, serving hearty meals in the village.
For breakfast we offer home cooked English Breakfast with juice, tea and coffee.

Pipers Folly is a 16th C cottage built on south facing bank where it is believed, the original settlers of the village lived. It has been extended over the centuries and in 2008 we undertook a major and complete renovation.

We also chose to take the project into a greener age whereby we harness the power of the sun and wood burning stoves to heat our water making this one of the most energy efficient homes in Lympstone.
